is a business card management system that automatically reads and organizes
your business cards. Text information on the card is automatically
extracted and stored into their proper fields.

identification to read and identify the information on business cards.

- The system has an OCR engine that is pre-trained to recognize and interpret a wide
variety of font types on business cards. After reading the text information using OCR, the
system uses its multi-national intelligent field identification engine to
correctly place the text data into appropriate fields such as Name, Title, Company, and
Address fields.

intelligent field identification engine yields an optimum system for scanning and filing
business cards.

- BizCardReader recognizes English and nine European languages including German, French,
Italian and Spanish. The system reads and understands the address formats of business
cards from different countries, including cards from US, Canada, UK,
Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and Southeast Asia (including Malaysia,
Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong)
The built-in OCR and intelligent field identification engine will read and extract the
field data (Name, Title, Address ... ) from international cards and place them into their
correct fields. It also reads oversized business cards found in many European countries.
